JayCast offers students the opportunity to develop skills in electronic journalism. Students will work together to prepare a weekly newscast, which will be shown to students and staff during the Advisory period on the last school day of the week. This club is perfect for aspiring journalists, filmmakers, and students interested in media production.
Nature Club

- Description:
Nature Club is the perfect place for the outdoorsy student to be! Students will learn about environmentalism efforts, present research on wildlife and conservation, and share about visits and nature observations with other group members. Regular field trips and outings will be a part of the club and will include hiking, birdwatching, visiting nature centers, and more!
Art Club

- Description:
Art Club provides a creative outlet for students to express themselves through various art projects. 6th and 7th grade students meet together twice a month from 3:45-5:30pm. 8th grade students meet once a month on Saturdays from 9am-1pm (come and go) as an independent study. Students will create personalized club t-shirts, make things with clay, use different types of art materials and participate in unique projects. This club is ideal for students with a passion for creativity and hands-on art experiences.
Life Smarts Club

- Description: LifeSmarts is a club put on by the National Consumer League. It focuses on five categories that will help you be successful in life; Environment, Consumer Rights and Responsibilities, Health and Safety, Technology and Personal Finance. LifeSmarts is like a cross between Trivia and Jeopardy and can advance to state and national competitions. There is a lot of community involvement and trip opportunities.
Jr. High Speech and Debate

Speech and Debate allows for students to explore the world of speech and debate. There is truly something for everyone- whether they want to do competitive acting, have constructive arguments, or speak on issues they find interesting, we can find what fits them best. Students in 7th and 8th grade will have the opportunity to compete at tournaments as well.
FACS Club

FACS club focuses on cooking, baking, food art, sewing, crafts, design and make t shirts, use the cricut to create projects, etc. This is a hands-on club for anyone that wants to learn more about cooking, sewing, and being creative.
